2024 Annual Sewer Lining,
Fendrich Neighborhood 

This project includes CIPP lining approximately 530 feet of 8" diameter sewer main, 750 feet of 10" diameter sewer main, 6980 feet of 12" diameter sewer main, 1200 feet of 15" diameter sewer main, 820 feet of 16" diameter sewer main, 2400 feet of 18" diameter sewer main, 530 feet of 24" diameter sewer main, and reconstruction/lining of manholes along Harding Ave. between Morgan and Diamond, and between US 41 and Weinbach Avenue from Keck to Diamond.

Project Update

  •     Recent Progress (April 6 to April 12) 
    •    SAMM Trucking continued performing manhole frame, cover and chimney replacements.
    •    SAMM Trucking continued sewer point and lateral tap repairs. 
    •    SAMM Trucking completed the replacement of MH 12208.
    •    Inliner continued sewer cleaning and televising.
    •    Inliner continued installation of CIPP lining throughout the project site.

  •     Anticipated Activities for Upcoming Week (April 13 to April 19)
    •    SAMM Trucking intends to continue performing frame, cover and chimney replacements.
    •    SAMM Trucking intends to continue sewer point and lateral tap repairs. 
    •    Inliner intends to continue sewer cleaning and televising.
    •    Inliner intends to continue installing CIPP lining throughout the project site.
     

Road Closures and Lane Restrictions

  • Lane Restrictions will occur on Harding Ave., Wedeking Ave., Herndon Dr., Oakland Ave., Haven Dr., Hercules Ave., Hercules Ave., Richardt Ave., Keck Ave., and Weinbach Ave.

  • Sanitary Sewer Pipe Rehabilitation – February 3, 2025 to early May 2025

  • Sanitary Sewer Lateral Tap Repairs – February 3, 2025 to February 17, 2025

  • Sanitary Sewer Pipe Repairs – December 9, 2024 to December 11, 2024

  • Sanitary Sewer Manhole Rehabilitation – January 6, 2025 to early May 2025

  • Final Restoration (Lawns & Pavement) – late May 2025
